Lucia Printing provides professional printing and advertising services including but not limited to:

• DTF (Direct to Film) Printing
• T-Shirt and Apparel Printing
• Large Format Printing (Banners, Posters, Signage)
• Custom Stickers and Labels
• Vehicle Wraps
• Business Cards and Promotional Materials
• Custom Packaging
• Graphic Design Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our services, but we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery/pickup
• Mobile money transfers (Telebirr, CBE Birr)
• Bank transfer (Commercial Bank of Ethiopia)
• Other methods as agreed upon

3.3 Deposit

For large or custom orders, we may require a deposit of up to 50% before commencing work. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders & Delivery

4.1 Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our website, via phone, email, Telegram, or in person at our office. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4.2 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us (via email, message, or receipt). Until confirmation, we reserve the right to decline any order.

4.3 Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines only. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

4.4 Delivery

Customers may pick up orders from our office or arrange for delivery. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

4.5 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may incur charges to cover costs already incurred. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled after production has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Customer Content

You retain all rights to the designs, logos, images, and other content ("Customer Content") you provide to us for printing. By submitting Customer Content, you warrant that you have the right to use and reproduce such content.

5.2 Our Rights

We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. We will not share your proprietary designs without permission.

5.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us immediately with detailed information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucia Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for:

• Errors in customer-provided designs or content
• Color variations due to screen/monitor differences
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Damage during shipping by third-party carriers

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes via email or website announcement.
